The Exceptional performance of Crizal A2 is due the following properties it has: Anti – Reflective Property: When you wear spectacles, light reflects off the lens surface reducing the amount of light entering into the eye. Without corrective lenses in front of the eye, 100% of all visible light rays enter the eye. When an optical lens is placed in front of the eye, light reflections from the lens surface reduce the amount of light being transmitted through the lens into the eye. This is where AR lenses come to help. AR Lenses allow increased light transmission and it makes lenses clearer than a non-AR lens. Thus by using an Anti Reflective Lens we enhance our vision as it prevents reflections that causes eyestrain and fatigue, it creates clearer vision by helping more light enter the eyes.

 

How Anti – Reflective works? Broadband multilayer AR coatings are made up of a stack of thin layers.These layers generate a set of interferences that cancel reflections on the lens surface, resulting in Glare Reduction.
